When should I write to you about non-receipt of my shipment ?

Solution Depending upon the shipping method. There might be delays at the Customs of the receiving end but generally that gets cleared in couple of days. So we request our Customers to give it an additional of 6 to 12 days if you have not received your shipment within the mentioned 14 days for Standard Airmail shipping. Priority shipping method has a tracking number and hence its easy to track the status of the Shipment.
