What is your refund policy ?

Solution Refund is the last thing we want to do because that means we were not able to deliver as expected and we really do not want to loose our Customers like that. First we try to reship the order without any additional cost to the Customer and if still the Customer feels he/she should get a refund, then no questions asked. We will refund quietly.
